Spring Creek Organics is a certified organic grower producing a large range of seasonal vegetables and herbs at Navigators, near Ballarat. Their produce is available direct from the farm gate and at the Ballarat Farmers Market.

Sinclair Meats is a Ballarat butcher, open seven days, producing its own 'OUR FARM' grass-fed beef tallow. The shop also keeps a regular stock of lamb tallow, dripping, lard, ghee and duck fat.
